Regional final competition for best student ideas held in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade

On November 23, 2015. The Regional final competition for best student ideas was held in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade. The finalists were ten teams, winners from six local competitions from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. They presented their ideas in the form of seven-minute pitch presentations. After the three-minute interview, the members of the jury scored the presented ideas and selected the best ones.

The title of the winner of the Regional final competition for best student ideas went to the team Green Chemistry with the idea “Production of essential and rare oils”. The first team received the money prize in the amount of 100.000,00 RSD, provided by the sponsor, Serbia Broadband - srpske kablovske mreže (SBB). On behalf of SBB company, the award was presented by Ms. Jovana Lukic, Director of Corporate Communications.

The second place was taken by the team Scool and the team Creative Lab was the third on the Regional finals. Awards for the second and third team was provided by the WBCInno partner universities.  On their behalf, the awards (80.000,00 and 60.000,00 respectively) was presented to the teams by Prof. Mandić, the project coordinator.

The fourth place was taken by the Energy Saving Team who received the prize in the amount of 40.000,00, provided also by the WBCInno partner universities.
